How long does it take to ship my order?

Once your order has been processed, we will aim to have your order packaged and ready to be delivered within 2 business days. Shipping time will depend on your location, as we ship via Australia post, you can expect it within 3-5 business days after processing.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently do not offer shipping internationally. Feel free to join our email list for any further announcements in regards to international shipping.

I Entered the wrong Billing Address, What do I do?

As soon as you aware that you have entered the incorrect address, shoot us an email and we will respond and correct your billing address as soon as possible.

I can't Check out online, how can I place my order?

If our site is not currently working properly, or you have issues with purchasing, Please feel free email us your contact information and we will contact you in regards to your purchase asap

How do I use my Offer Codes?

The option to enter an offer code will appear at the checkout once you decide to purchase the products. Enter the code and the offer should appear. If you have any issues with the code, please contact us via dqpApparel@gmail.com and we will investigage.

Do your Shirt designs fade?

We can guarantee you that the print will last longer than the shirt

Do your shirts shrink?

Our shirts are preshrunk to minimize shrinkage. To minimise any possible shrinkage, please refer to the care instructions on the label of the shirts.

How do I initiate my return?

Visit our returns page and fill out the appropriate information, and we will get back to you within 1-2 days.
